Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Manager at #1 Vinayak InfoSoft - SEO Company Ahmedabad in Ahmedabad. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret data on client needs and preferences
• Experience in customer retention and success management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
