Job description
Roles & Responsibilities : looking after the entire activities of case (registration) counter, casualty case counter, cash collection from chargeable patients, deposition of cash in bank.
- OPD & IPD billing of chargeable patients, deposition of cash in bank.
- Maintaining the demographic & statistical data of patients
- Maintaining data of the revenue collection / discount provided to community.
- Maintaining / recordkeeping the critical (medico-legal ) documents & other records of hospital for court cases & other requirement.
- Maintaining /correcting the attendance records of doctors & other permanent employees of the hospital Qualification: ITI-COPA with Bachelor in any speciality (preferably in commerce / accounting)
- Additional Qualification of diploma / certificate in computer application as additional qualification. Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in handling administration, public dealing activities with exposure on Accounting and Documentation.
