Roles & Responsibilities : Compensation and benefits Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry. Collaborate with leadership to design and administer incentive programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 2. Salary Structure and Benchmarking Establish and maintain a fair and transparent salary structure based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking studies to stay abreast of industry trends and adjust compensation strategies accordingly. 3. Benefits Administration Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Continuously evaluate and enhance the benefits offerings to meet the evolving needs of the workforce. 4. HR Analytics Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data. Generate reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Data Integrity and Compliance Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data governance best practices. Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in compensation and benefits practices. Communication and Training Communicate compensation and benefits programs effectively to employees, ensuring understanding and engagement. Provide training and guidance to HR and management teams on the interpretation and application of compensation and benefits policies. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of market trends Demonstrated expertise in HR analytics, including proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methodologies. In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities
