We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator with less than 1 year of experience to join our team at Smiligence, a leading software development company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, organizing, and controlling project activities. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting digital transformation projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client coordination abilities
• Proficient in email communication and follow-up
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

• Technical knowledge related to software development is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team in planning and organizing project activities
• Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and address any inquiries
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Assist in conducting project meetings and workshops
• Support the project management team in risk assessment and mitigation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes
