With over 50+ MW of installation experience and having catered to more than 500+ customers, we ensure optimized and agile installations that provide long-term returns. Our in-house design and execution team comprises BITS Pilani and XLRI alumni.

Role Description

This full-time hybrid B2B role is located in Aurangabad with flexibility for sometimes remote work. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships with our B2B clients and develop business opportunities with new clients. The candidate will also work with the rest of the team to improve sales strategies, prepare presentations, attend relevant trade shows, and manage client expectations to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management roles.
• Salary- 3 - 3.5 lakhs , CTC Based on experience and qualifications]
• Experience in the solar industry or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work independently
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel when necessary to meet with clients or attend trade shows.

We are hiring for both the locations for our head office at Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) and Nagpur region office.
