Plumbing & Fire Fighting design.

Job Description Job Title - Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Design) Job Location - Noida/Bengaluru Business Stream – Engineering

Job Requisites (Role Summary) This role is to work as part of an engineering consultancy design team, taking a senior role in project design work, focused on production and liaison with the WSP Middle East Team and mentoring and coaching junior members of the team.

Responsibilities Responsible for developing conceptual, preliminary and detail HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection designs for commercial and residential buildings including piping design, ducting design, and ventilation system design, equipment selection, ESP Calculation, Pump head calculations, Car Park Ventilation Design, Staircase Pressurization & Smoke Extract system, Heat Load Calculation in compliance with

ASHRAE, NFPA & BS Standards. Good knowledge of software –

HAP of Carrier for HVAC calculations, AutoCAD

& Revit. Responsible for

Designing

and leading discipline project. Resource planning for the project. Leading a team of

engineers / BIM

for any given project. Should be able to guide, manage and handle a team of min. 4-8 Engineers. Should have

hands on experience of design software's.

Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Engineering (Mechanical). Mechanical Design experience 8+ years minimum (inclusive 5 Years Middle East codes & Standards).
