Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Donams, you will play a key role in expanding our impact and reach. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in business, marketing, or related fields, who are passionate about education and technology-driven skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the VidhyaDhan platform in the educational sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
- Understand client needs and suggest tailored solutions using our skill mapping and ERP tools.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients to demonstrate the value of the VidhyaDhan platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to the R&D team to improve the platform based on market needs.
- Represent Donams at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for education, technology, and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in an accessible manner.
