Job description
Responsible for Credit card sales through Tele-calling, People Management, Partner Engagement
Ensure delivering monthly targets through his/her team
Responsible for Backend operation's team for fulfillment of Applications sourced through E-apply team & LG Partners
Responsible for business development through new LG onboarding & relationship management for existing LG partners
Ensure regular LG visits for driving them efficiently
Need to operate the Businessunder assigned cost of acquisition,Control on Attrition of Team members
Work under budgeted cost assigned & responsible for overall Business Operations of assigned Territory
Hiring of telecalling and backend processing team, regularTraining for NewTeam& Refresher Training for the existing team members
Strong people management skills to drive business though NEFT
Ensure all processes are compliant &
Strong in data analysis to ensure strategic approach for maximum fulfillment rate through data rechurning
