Position- Cloud/ Window Server Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Windows Server & Azure Cloud Administrator to join our team in Noida. You will play a key role in managing our on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2012 R2 and later), including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and file servers.
Design, implement, and migrate workloads to Microsoft Azure (including VMs, PaaS, and IaaS services).
Monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and failover procedures.
Provide IT infrastructure support on-premises, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Document technical procedures and processes.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in managing Windows Server environments (2012 R2 and later).
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and administration.
Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of network concepts and security principles.
Experience with IT infrastructure support is a plus.
Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-500) are desirable.
