Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in technical program management managing cross-functional/team projects.
  
• Experience driving customer relations, adoption, and training, and working with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Experience in managing programs related to content publishing tools.
  
• Experience in testing, quality, and release processes.
  
• Ability to orchestrate training initiatives and customer engagement, create playbooks, and encourage the adoption of enterprise products.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs to achieve objectives and deliver measurable improvements, and manage programs and projects across technical domains.
  
• Partner with customers to understand their needs, issues, and expectations. Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot, and classify them into different categories.
  
• Develop and implement training programs for customers, collaborate to identify their use cases, and help them leverage the full potential of Content Management System.
  
• Work with clients to ensure positive experience with Content Management System (CMS), Product Listing Ad (PLA) System, Real Time Dynamic Messaging System (RTDM).
  
• Partner with engineering, product, and UX to prioritize and implement initiatives. Streamlineprocesses, manage OKRs, and drive timely releases.
