Job Overview

We are hiring a Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our branch office in Hyderabad. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with an initial requirement of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and educational leadership abilities.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch office in Hyderabad
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all center activities and programs
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided by the center
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
