Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks CRM enhancing communication and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

  1. Manage CRM administrative tasks to support the sales team.
  2. Facilitate effective communication and ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
  3. Manage and oversee the companys databases.
  4. Generate regular reports as required.
  5. Attend crucial sales training meetings.
  6. Develop a comprehensive understanding of all company services and products.
  7. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to emails and handling phone queries.
  8. Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure prompt order processing.
  9. Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings.
  10. Create and maintain monthend sales reports.
  11. Maintain client relationships with the utmost professional.
  12. Prepare and maintain Daily Reports MIS Reports and Dashboards.
  13. Manage deal registration policy
  14. OEM Coordination
  15. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
