Job Designation - International Customer service

Requirements:

Excellent Communication in English.

Minimum 8 months of   Experience   is   required   in   International   Inbound

Voice   Calling.

Candidates must be comfortable working in night Shifts.

Work from Office role

Candidates should be ready to join immediately.

  Working   Days:  5  (Rotational   Week   off)

  Both   side   Cab   Facility

Roles   and   Responsibilities:

Respond to complaints.

Inform customers of product, program, and service information.

Answer customer questions.

Record engagements with customers.

Process orders and handle returns.
