About the role As a Marketing Communications Specialist for BFIL, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the company's brand, and effectively convey its mission and services to internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also involve content creation, requiring strong writing skills to produce compelling and informative material.

Role & Responsibilities: Content Creation : Develop high-quality, informative, and persuasive content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and marketing materials. Create content that educates our Target audience about microfinance principles, the company's services, and financial literacy and awareness programs. Marketing Collaterals and Design Coordination : Collaborate with all stakeholders to create effective marketing collaterals, for Business campaigns, brochures, pamphlets, and presentations, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Brand Messaging : Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice, values, and messaging strategy. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to tailor content and communications accordingly. C ollaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather information and insights for content creation and campaign management. Agency/Vendor Management - Manage Translation, Creative, and Digital agencies. Provide briefs, coordinate tasks, ensure seamless execution of marketing events, promotion material, and necessary follow-up. Analytics and Reporting:

Evaluate campaign metrics, social media traction, etc. Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign results.

Skills Required: 6+ Years of bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the financial or microfinance industry or services industry. Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to different tones and styles. Knowledge of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Skills (Preferred): Graphic design knowledge for basic design needs and coordination or minimum Marketing experience of 6 years or more. Mandatory proficiency in languages (English and Hindi) relevant to the target audience. This role requires a dynamic individual who can combine the art of storytelling with the science of marketing to effectively communicate the company's mission and financial solutions to a diverse audience.
