Job description
- Write and Update User guide, Online Help Documents and Training materials content as needed for our Products.
- Conduct walkthrough with customer and relevant stakeholders
- Analyse new requirements, provide functional design and identifying individual tasks to be detailed in the User Guide and other related documents.
- Build the flow diagrams and detail the key features user would be using
- Create functional document in order to meet requirements.
- Contribute to document the discussions around the fulfilment of requirements and key product features from functional prospective.
- Comply with Civica’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Research education-related topics (combining online sources, existing application, user guides and studies)
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content/help Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to lead Business Analyst for input and approval
- Conduct simple keyword research and frequent queries in the help and User guides
- Write and Review the Release Notes
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
We are hiring for 6 months contract.

Requirements
1. Develops user manuals, program documentation, training manuals, and operational procedures from scratch - 2 to 4 Years
2. Frequently coordinated with other technical writers to preparation and publication of all in-house technical materials - 2 to 4 Years
3. Regularly work with experts on specific subject matters to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and usability of all technical content - 2 to 4 Years
4. Fluent in grammar, information mapping, vocabulary and plain English writing - 2 to 4 Years
5. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal qualities - 2 to 4 Years
