Job description
We are looking for a quality-driven, account director to join our fast-growing agency. The responsibilities include building and nurturing account management teams, working on client requirements and relationships, ensuring fulfillment of client briefs, and working cross-functionally with other teams.
Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record of client relationship management, at least 10 years of work experience with some experience in a management role, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading clients' campaign digital marketing campaigns
• Managing Account Managers, Group Account Managers and Client facing personnel
• Driving operational efficiency and quality output for the client account
• Ensuring that client needs are looked after and met satisfactorily
• Upselling and cross-selling to clients from time to time
• Overseeing internal team management focusing on account teams
• Comfortable in working cross-functionally with design and technical teams to meet client goals
• Looking into the smooth functioning of client reporting, monitoring performance indicators (both internal and external)
• Reporting to the leadership on the Account team's performance and growth of a particular account.
• Identifying new opportunities for growth.
