Position Overview : As a Full Stack Developer at Growloc, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our agritech platform. We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in MERN stack development, exceptional logical abilities, and the capability to lead a team of engineers. Experience with AWS, microservices architecture, and a commitment to writing clean code are essential.
Responsibilities :
- Full Stack Development:
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack solutions using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
- AWS Cloud Experience:
- Utilize AWS services for the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications.
- Implement and manage AWS resources, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Microservices Architecture:
- Design and develop microservices-based architecture for scalable and modular applications.
- Implement best practices for microservices communication, data consistency, and fault tolerance.
- Feature Development:
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement new features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application.
- Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing:
- Identify and resolve issues through effective troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
- Work proactively to address any technical challenges or system-related issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
- AWS cloud experience for deployment and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in microservices architecture.
- Commitment to writing clean and maintainable code.
