Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas of the property are kept clean and well-maintained, and managing the laundry department.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry management, maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintaining standards for cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and staff members
• Strong organization skills to ensure that housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently
• Ability to train and manage housekeeping staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality service
• Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
