About the job
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Pardot Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. In this role, resources will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud development, with a proven track record of successful implementation and integration projects.
Responsibilities
Platform, Integration And Data Management:
- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud with Salecloud other systems, such as Salesforce CRM, to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Implement data cleansing and segmentation strategies to maintain data quality and enhance targeting capabilities. Analytics and Reporting:
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter)
- Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
- Write test classes for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80% code coverage.
- Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production
Marketing Automation Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and design marketing automation strategies that drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Pardot Expertise
- Configure and customize Salesforce Pardot to meet business requirements, including the creation of landing pages, forms, email templates, and automation rules.
- Implement lead scoring models and optimize them based on campaign performance and lead behavior.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development
- Design and build complex journeys and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Develop AMP script and SQL queries for personalized content and data manipulation within the Marketing Cloud.
Collaboration And Training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing automation efforts and broader business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects
- Successfully completed at least two Pardot implementations
- At least 2 years experience working hands-on with Pardot,
- Certified Pardot Specialist
- Certified Pardot Consultant
- At least 2 years B2B marketing experience, ideally at agency level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
