Profile : IT Business AnalystJob description :Roles and Responsibilities :1) Conduct analysis, planning, requirements gathering and logical design of a software product by working with internal and external customers.2) Gather business requirements from Product Owners/Stakeholders create user stories and work closely with technology teams to create system requirements.3) Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and develop an understanding of current products and technology in order to design and implement solutions to meet the business needs.4) Responsible for the creation of various artifacts such as use cases, data flows and process flows for specific features within a project release5) Participate in the development of best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress6) Utilize established project standards, procedures and quality objectives7) Conduct project kickoff meetings, communicating individual roles and project/program expectations8) Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project9) Lead the release planning and set expectations for delivery of targeted stories10) Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals11) Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Follow our competitors and the industry.12) Be updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsWork Scopes :- Work closely with other business users to understand and document requirements, develop test cases.- Create system documentation in the form of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Wire Frames, change requests, release notes, and help manuals.- Having good experience in handling teams, in- depth knowledge of software development and can finalize functional requirements- Assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working with the delivery team to deliver solutions, and coordinating/communicating with business stakeholders.- Must have Strong Experience in Project and resource Management (ref:hirist.tech)
