Job description

Job Title – Project Management Officer

Job Location – Nashik

Experience – 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management.

Qualifications – Bachelor's in Engineering (Mech/ Prod/ Instrumentation)

Job Overview

· To carry out project management activities.

· Facilitate for project scheduling and participation in all key planning, scheduling, and risk resolution meetings.

· Provide an independent view of the project and communicate to stakeholders.

· Communication with customer as well as internal stakeholders about project progress, risks, slippages etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Communication – Specific & Fluent communication with respect to project activities.

· Project Planning – To collaborate with cross functional team to create detail schedules before & after receipt of orders.

· Bringing Predictability – Project monitoring with scope, time & budget perspectives & bringing in quantitative visibility and predictability.

· Change Management – To drive change management with respect to Scope, Technical, Cost & Timelines implications.

· Report Generation – To perform data analysis and present insights to management.

· Detail Resource Planning
