Job description

Day-to-Day Work involves :

1. Running Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads

2. ROI Analysis and realigning the strategy on daily basis

3. Working with designer to try 100s of creatives regularly.

Skillset:

1. Market Research

2. Tinkerer Mindset

3. Understanding of shopify D2C and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart

4. Sharp with numbers and analytics to make quick strategy changes.

We are looking for a person with

1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce growth and all these ad platform (meta, google, e-comm ads)

2. Great communication skills (written and spoken both)

3. Aggressive attitude, Proactive mindset and Quick learning capability
