Role & responsibilities
Basic understanding of nutraceuticals and functional foods and ingredients. Understanding and exposure to technologies like miscellar, liposomal, microencapsulation Exposure to application and formulation development. Exposure to ingredient synthesis will be beneficial. Exposure to interaction with customers on understanding their requirements and explanation of a technology and product will be an advantage. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years developmental experience. Freshers with project exposure will also be considered.
