Job description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Head to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive growth for our IT services company. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the software services or product sector, and extensive experience in crafting successful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities: ●Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall businessobjectives, focusing on the US market. ●Leadership & Team Management: Direct, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, assigningtasks and monitoring progress. ●Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and delivery of effective marketing campaigns, including productlaunches, webinars, industry meetups, and roundtable conferences. ●Collateral Development: Assume ownership of company collaterals, including presentations, website content,white papers, case studies, ensuring a consistent brand message and quality standards. ●Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage a robust social media strategy to increase brand engagement andvisibility. ●Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing)to optimize performance. ●Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, track competitor activity, and analyzetrends to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions. ●Agency Collaboration: Manage external agencies to optimize resources and expand reach. ●US Market Presence: Represent the company at US market events and build relationships with keystakeholders. ●Budget Management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualification: ●Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in the software services or productindustry. ●Hands-on Leadership: Demonstrated ability to both set high-level strategy and dive into execution detailswhen needed. ●Team Management: Proven track record of managing, developing, and mentoring a marketing team. ●Bachelors Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relatedfield. ●US Market Knowledge: Understanding of the US technology market, including market dynamics, key players,and cultural nuances. ●Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to presentconcepts in a clear, compelling manner to a variety of audiences.

Desired Skills: ●MBA or Master's Degree: MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous. ●Technology Expertise: Familiarity with IT concepts and a passion for technology. ●Event Planning: Experience in planning and executing successful industry events and meetups.
