As a Material Research Associate at PadCare, you will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts, focusing on both polymer chemistry and material separation. Your work will contribute to the creation of environmentally friendly products from pulp waste, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development projects related to polymer chemistry and material separation. Assist in the development and optimization of material separation techniques, utilizing methods such as solvent extraction, distillation, and filtration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges related to pulp and polymer processing and product development. Participate in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate the properties of our products. Contribute to the development of processes for the separation of pulp and plastics. Work with the R&D team to develop new products and process formulations. Maintain awareness of industry trends and advancements in polymer chemistry, material separation, and sustainable packaging materials. Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to share progress and provide input on project timelines and priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in materials science/ pulp and paper engineering/ chemical engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in a laboratory setting, including conducting experiments and analyzing data. Familiarity with sustainable packaging materials and technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having more than ONE year of experience in a relevant field.Job tags
