Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell our products and services.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed and connected.
- Continuously update knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and attend relevant events.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in educational technology to provide informed guidance to customers.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the Edtech, School, or E-learning industry.
- Possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks, including presentations, communication, and data management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must know about B2B Sales.
