Job Description
We are seeking a visionary VP-Technology to spearhead the development of cutting edge e-
commerce solutions tailored to the needs of users in Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities. This role is not just about leading the technology team, its about being the architect of a platform that empowers and scales rapidly to meet our exponential growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & lead the development of the product architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Strategize & implement technology solutions that enable swift scaling and robust performance of the e-commerce platform
- Oversee all aspects of technology development, from conceptualization to deployment and continuous innovation
- Foster a culture of excellence in the technology team, building and mentoring a high-performing team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the technology strategy complements overall business objectives
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in leading technology teams and developing successful e-commerce platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong grasp of the latest technology trends and their applications in e-
- commerce
- Exceptional leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving ambitious goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and project management

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
