Job description
Hiring Client Relationship Manager for Manorama Industries Ltd
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales team in achieving targets by acquiring new customers and maximizing revenue.
- Update Sales Calls and Sales leads in the Sales Module to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a detailed inquiry log with timely and accurate feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers, sales personnel, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth business transitions by obtaining post-shipping and pre-shipping (KYC) document approvals from the Branch Manager.
- Handle all customer service-related responsibilities and escalate issues to Sales Managers, Heads of Departments, or Branch Managers when necessary.
- Develop marketing materials and sales presentations to support sales efforts and engage customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requests and support the Sales team.
- Prepare a list of prospective customers and conduct cold calling activities to expand the customer base.
- Provide daily MIS reports to the Vice President of Sales.
- Frequently travel between the Head Office in Raipur and the Corporate Office in Andheri East, Mumbai, as required by the Manorama Group.

Educational Qualifications and Certification:
- Any graduate from any stream.
- Master's degree in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
Experience:
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
