Job description

Hiring.

We, skanda group of companies, a IT consulting and a recruitment company, working with tier 1 companies and few banks across PAN India, since 2014, having head office in Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and a branch in Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and another branch in Dharwad, Karnataka.

IT recruiters. 

Only CHENNAI based, in and around Kilpauk or Anna Nagar locations candidate needed.

Experience from 2 years to 8 years.

Must have end to end IT recruitment experience.
Strong English communications.
Strong in negotiations.
Individual contributor.
Self-initiator / starter. 

Looking for a lead also. Who can -

Must be able to build the team.
Must have experience in managing the team.
Must have experience in handling and co-ordination with clients and the client recruiters. 

Salary plus incentives.
PF applicable.

Work from office model only.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (six days).
Working hours: 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs.
