Job description
Our clients a leading Group is looking for the Lead ERP implementer for Congo.
Project Lead ( Ast. Manager Grade)
B.Tech with Project Management certification ( PMP / Prince / Agile etc)
6-8 Years of experience ( Must have at least 3 years of multiple projects or programs management experience )
Experience in Software implementation Projects must
Age – 28 to 33 years
Salary - $1700 - $2000 Location- Congo, Africa
Roles & Responsibilities
Managed projects on Application Software primarily infra hands on , enterprise,
4 to 5 years of minimum experience as a project manager, client, stake holder, statement of work, deliverable, entry and exit criteria
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
• Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs
• Developing and implementing strategy for the implementation team,
• Plan and develop a robust risk mitigation plan
• Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
• Working with the multiple support units to manage staff and resources for programs
• Identification of impediments and working on resolution
• Tracking of cost and effort for overall project
• Identification of all project stakeholders, internal and external and maintain the rightful communication channel towards them
• Should be knowledgeable of project quality metrics and ensure adherence. Report any deviations to management
• Should have knowledge on the organizational processes and ensure adherence
• Mentoring and coaching team, taking care of training responsibilities
Qualifications
•
• Organize interdepartmental activities, ensuring project/product delivery completion
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• PMP/Prince certification is preferred
• Agile methodologies experience
• Must have at least 5 years of project or program management experience
• Must have managed projects for international customers
