Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in lead generation activities to identify potential customers and prospects.
- Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to present our products/services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work towards achieving sales targets to contribute to overall company goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Should be a smooth talker. Able to handle customer objections.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic sales environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
