Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat, India for a Customer Service Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer support skills
- Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in creating a positive customer experience
- Ability to deal with difficult customers in a professional manner
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
- 12th is preferred
- Experience in CDI industry
