Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Rajkot. The primary job function shall be technical sales based on targets. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for liaising with customers to understand their needs and recommend Valay's mini VMC and engraving machines. The role requires continuous improvement of technical know-how, which includes developing a deep understanding of the products. The Sales Engineer must also provide after-sales technical support, liaising with customer service teams and catering to the changing needs of existing customers.
