Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive at Jane Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales funnel remains robust, and our Senior Business Development Specialists have a steady stream of qualified leads to pursue. They will also support our sales team by conducting market research, generating leads, and assisting with the development of sales strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively articulating the value proposition of our solutions. Your primary objective will be to generate interest and excitement about our offerings, ultimately leading to successful conversions and revenue growth. Preferably speaks fluent English and Kannada and other regional languages. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough research to understand the specific requirements, challenges, and pain points of potential clients in the Hospitality, Aerospace, EV, Supply Chain, Renewable Energies, or Oil & Gas industries. 2. Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking events, and social media platforms. 3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. 4. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales opportunities. 5. Fix appointments for presentations and meetings for Senior Business Development Specialists. 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to facilitate the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. 8. Stay informed about our products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. 9. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management. 10. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a pre-sales or business development role, preferably within the Hospitality, Aerospace, EV, Supply Chain, Renewable Energies, or Oil & Gas sectors. 3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and mitigating challenges. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in G Suite and CRM software (Zoho). 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques. 8. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. 9. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. 10.
