Career Opportunities:

Back-end Web Developer

A backend developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of web applications. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core functionality of the application, such as databases, APIs, and servers. They work closely with frontend developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the application is performing optimally and meeting the needs of the end-users.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining web applications using scripting languages such as PHP, Python or Node.js.
Designing and implementing databases and data models to store and retrieve data efficiently.
Building APIs and integrating third-party services to support front-end developers and mobile application development.
Developing and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and user privacy.
Collaborating with front-end developers, UX designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Monitoring and optimizing server performance to ensure maximum uptime and scalability.
Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and reliability.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development.
Desired profile:

At least 1 year of experience in backend development.
Experience with web development frameworks such Laravel &core PHP.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Good communication skills to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
