Sr. Product Analyst

Overview

The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for release planning, status reporting, writing business requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders in the product development lifecycle, and providing subject matter expertise on applications to product stakeholders and development teams. The role includes understanding the products and features, resource allocation, and time management as well as performing market research and customer interactions to research, triage, and execute on product roadmap development.

The Senior Product Analyst acts as a subject matter expert to define, implement, and support internally built Consumer Product Line applications. Supports business owners and peers related to application enhancements or system issues. Works with other key product team members to determine product roadmap, execution of the roadmap, and defining implementation and support processes as needed. Coordinates product deployment and usage across multiple customers to ensure optimal product usage and drive customer engagement.
