Job description
- We re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Business Analyst to join our team.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Cross Browser Testing, Load Testing, and Regression Testing. Knowing Automation QA is considered a significant advantage for performing Cross-Browser Testing, Load Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Familiarity with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), ensuring the adoption of best practices throughout the testing process.
- Solid understanding of Functional Testing methodologies to comprehensively evaluate and validate application features.
- Assume a central role in post-deployment activities by conducting comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) assessments on the entire application across respective environments.
- Thoroughly examine the application, carefully pinpoint and document any unusual findings, all while ensuring the highest quality and reliability standards are upheld.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of identified issues. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, to comprehend application changes and enhancements.
- Communicate QA findings and observations clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Following the deployment of a production release, the individual is tasked with executing Sanity testing and subsequently providing comprehensive updates to the client.
Business Analyst Role Description :
- Efficiently synchronize tickets across platforms and update project status in designated Project Management tools.
- Ensure accurate and real-time updates to maintain project transparency and collaboration. Demonstrate a proactive approach in acknowledging and prioritizing the criticality of tickets.
- Escalate critical issues promptly to facilitate swift resolution and minimize impact. Maintain a vigilant eye on project timelines, keeping track of deadlines for both releases and individual tickets. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
- Oversee and meticulously track the release timeline in the development environment, ensuring alignment with project milestones and objectives.
- Take charge of the daily Stand-up calls, driving discussions on ticket updates and critical issues.
- Provide clear and concise updates to team members, fostering a collaborative and informed work environment.
- Confidently representing the team in client meetings, the candidate should deliver comprehensive updates on ticket status and address any client queries, fostering effective communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3+ years of Manual testing and Business Analyst experience.
- BE, B. Tech, M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
