Job description
Gegadyne Energy is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting preventative maintenance on our facilities and systems. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of our equipment. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as regular monitoring of Pumps, motors, Dehumidifier, chiller, vacuum pumps, Air compressors, Cooling tower, Maintenance tools, Machinery spares, etc
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when performing maintenance tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical drawings
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Must have the basic knowledge of plant machineries and utility equipment
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
