Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and managing the sales team in the Visakhapatnam area. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop sales strategies
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company
