Job description
Responsibilities:
Production Planning and effectively Monitoring
Effectively utilization of man, machine and resources.
Coordination with tool maintenance person carried out tool maintenance.
Coordination with Machine Maintenance person carried out machine maintenance.
Tools Spares to be Monitored as per the Spares list in coordination with tool maintenance person.
IATF - Documents monitoring and timely updation of Control plan ,SOP ,visual Aids ,process parameter.
Shall be responsible for the 5 S ,Kai-zen and Monthly QRM presentation in a department.
Coordination with tool maker new tools trail at vendor place and discussion with vendor for the approval of mould till it is made fit for the Production.
New tools Design reviews with Design Team and vendor Team.
Responsible for the KPI like Cost of Poor quality and action plan for the all negative variance.
Other Requirements :
Integrity and confidentiality.
Good in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power-Point,).
Good in communication skill (both oral and written).
Good in organizational and time-management skill.
Positive attitude; willingness to learn and flexibility.
