Job Type: Full-time (Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM)

Location : Cochin, Kerala

Responsibilities

• Recruitment - Conducting initial screening of candidates and scheduling interviews with founders
• Conducting interviews and onboarding freelance teachers on the Vidyalai platform
• Design programmes to engage with employees better
• Conduct onboarding sessions
• Conducting periodic feedback calls to measure the performance of the teachers and operations team
• Conduct exit interviews and document them to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them
• Get and document employee feedback and provide periodic analysis with recommendations of the same to the business
