Job description
Job Profile:- Company Secretary
- Looking out with Compliance of NBFC Company.
- Ensuring that the Company is compliant with the Master Direction/Circulars issued or amended by RBI from time to time.
- Looking out the whole process of sanctioning of loan
- Filling of NBFC returns with RBI ie. DNBS 01,02, 03, 10, 13, 4A & 4B.
- Finalization and Implementation of various Policies, setting up the process to monitor compliance of NBFC.
- Prior Approval of RBI for change in Directors of the Company.
- Preparation of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting, Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, etc.
- Well conversant with MCA-21, i.e. online filing, and online inspection.
- Reorganization of the company like change in authorized capital, change of name, Shifting of Registered Office of the Company from one state to another, and alteration in MOA & AOA.
Desired Skills:
Be a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 2 years' experience.Candidates with 1 year of experience can also apply.
Should be a team player and at the same time should be able to handle the given tasks independently.
Possess relevant compliance experience preferably in NBFC Sector.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
