  Client Info: The Company operate on a B2B2C model, where we partner with neighbourhood Retail Stores who can offer Assisted Digital Financial Services like Aadhaar ATM, Aadhaar Deposit, SMS Payment, Khata Service, Utility Payment, Prepaid Cards, Mutual Funds & Insurance, Money Transfer, Hyper local Services and payment services like Bharat QR and UPI using the App. The innovative solutions are modelled to make the financial transactions seamless, quick, and easy and strives to empower our Retailer partners.

Location: Mumbai & Chennai (Ready to travel across India)

  Job Resposiblity:

• Imparting Training (Process, Product and Sales) to New Hires and Refreshers for existing employees.
• Facilitate/arrange training modules for identified training needs.
• Conducting Sales Training and driving and monitoring the Sales Productivity.
• Preparing Training calendar at the start of every month and circulating to respective business owners.
• Providing excellent and friendly customer service experience post Sale.
• Maintaining MIS, giving exact numbers and value of the channel business reports to Management team.
• Regular co-ordination with the back office team and higher management and clients for all official activities involved with the Sales and Marketing.

Experience: 8+ years

CTC to be offered : till 8 LPA
