Job Title: OutSystems Tech Lead Experience: 5-10 Years Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Work Location: Noida / Faridabad
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced OutSystems Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As an OutSystems Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing OutSystems solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in OutSystems development and a strong background in software engineering principles. Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of OutSystems solutions. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and architect scalable and high-performance OutSystems applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in OutSystems applications. Stay updated on the latest OutSystems features, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in OutSystems development. Strong proficiency in OutSystems platform, including development, deployment, and administration. Experience leading a team of developers in Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
