Job description
Qualification: Diploma Civil or Any Graduate with experience in office infrastructure development & maintenance.
Experience: Min 3 to 6 yrs
Work location: Bhosari in Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
Administration of the infrastructure, Civil work & facility management.
Manage day to day office infrastructure maintenance & development activities.
Monitor inventory of office supplies, raw material and its purchasing.
Office facilities management, Housekeeping supervision.
Plan and carry out company beautification.
Events support for meetups, community events & offline activity.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
The candidate should exude a high level of professionalism and be a quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand new responsibilities.
