Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads (Direct / Implementation Partner/Tier 1 Partners), build strong relationships with clients, and close deals consistently.
- Stay ahead of market trends, understand client needs, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct needs analysis, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire client relationship.
- Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and operations to ensure seamless talent delivery.
- Analyze market data, set achievable goals, and implement effective sales tactics.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the US IT sector.
- Be knowledgeable about the latest technologies and talent needs in the US IT market.
Qualification:
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on US IT staffing.
- Solid understanding of the US IT landscape and current staffing trends.
- Proficiency in CRM, other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit.
