- ยท Closing sales leads and prospects as per the process of residential selling.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development by using CRM tool (training provided if necessary)
- Good Negotiator with strong conviction and convincing skills
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good with follow ups
- Good with absorbing Product knowledge and well presented individual.
- This role requires to work on weekends/ holidays and weekly-off provided during weekdays.
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
