Role Overview
Responsible for communicating essential information about investment portfolios and performance to clients.
Profile Description
• Assist with production and on-going maintenance of various client reports that are produced at different frequencies (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by leveraging existing tool automations if any and linking of charts and tables in PowerPoint
• Coordinate with internal Client teams for sourcing required data/information for updating client reports
• Assist the team with the process of data collating, auditing/cleaning and updating the reports as per the specific format
• Assist the team with distributing the final reports
• Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders
• Should willing to learn and should ready to work with team.
Education
• B Com/MBA (Finance)
Job Description
-1-8 years of experience in Investments domain (Client Reporting)
• Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication in English
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, Webfocus etc will be preferred
• Ability to understand the link between data, client needs and its application to the 'bigger picture'
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up to date
• Networking skills should have the ability to build their professional network and client base, so they should be excellent relationship-builders and feel comfortable with networking to stay informed about industry trends
• Excellent Attention to detail, and giving extreme importance to timelines and deliverables
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts and must extend when business required
