Job description
We are hiring for Senior Associate - Project Finance in Investment Banking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently able to structure models in discussion with onshore bankers following a suggestive approach and execute with excellent quality to ensure high client satisfaction
Additionally, should be able to prepare deal related memos i.e. credit approval memos, investment memorandums etc.
Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
Key Competencies:
5+ years of Power including Renewable Energy like Solar and Wind Energy projects or infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
The candidate should be self-starter and should be able to work independently
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
MS Office skills MS Excel should excellent along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Ability to create macros would be added advantage .
