Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Admissions Counselor role. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, giving sales pitches, and educating potential clients on the benefits of our services. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and giving tours of the institute.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
• Sales skills, including the ability to give sales pitches and close deals
• Education background, preferably a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bilingual skills in Hindi and English is a plus
